Any registration after the deadline will incur an additional $25.00 fee.

The Day of Testing

Arrival/Departure: Please arrive no earlier than 1 hour prior to your first event. Also please right away after you get your test results. This is to limit the number of people at the rink. Please avoid crowding at the entryways to East/West rinks and in the lobby.

Check-In Steps: Please check-in at the testing check-in table in the main lobby.

1. We will check that you have paid all your fees for testing, judge fees, and out of club fee if applicable. Outstanding payments will be accepted via check or cash.

2. Turn in your Participation Release Form. See the form attached, please fill it out and bring it with you.

3. For Free Skate, Free Dance, or Pairs Free Skate email music to nefsctest@gmail.com with the skater’s name and test being taken. Do not forget to also bring a back-up CD just in case.

Locker Rooms: There will be a locker room available with limited capacity. The max capacity will be posted on the doors. Also, we abide by all SafeSport regulations. In addition to the locker rooms, skaters are welcome to use the socially distanced benches and open space to put on skates, stretch, and warm-up.
